GE Nav v3.1 represents the latest advancement in DVR/NVR management software. GE Nav v3.1 is well suited for any application incorporating multiple sites and cameras: schools, retail stores, geographically dispersed orporations, transportation, entertainment venues, homeland security & public safety. From a single, easy-to-use and reliable GUI, administrators can remotely configure
users/groups, DVRs/analog cameras, NVRs/IP cameras and monitor thousands of video surveillance components.
GE Nav v3.1 auto detects the appropriate language verifying the OS region and language settings. It has an enhanced and modernized UI design. Frequently used functions have been simplified; the Application Control has been centralized. A comprehensive permission model per User for Live, Playback and Configuration is now supported - based on user privileges, navigator items can be visualized. GE Nav v3.1 can now render Wavelet, WaveJet, MJPEG, MPEG4, and H.264 compression streams simultaneously. It supports WinXP, Vista and Windows7. At any time, from any location, operators can cost-effectively provide accurate and timely security response. Backed by client/server architecture.
