Facility Commander

Facility Commander™ is a security integration platform providing command and control of video, access control, intercom, and intrusion devices from a single intuitive console. It integrates with Picture Perfect™ access control systems in the GE family of security products, and supports GE’s and other manufacturers’ video and intercom systems. Facility Commander’s integrated user interface reduces training time and costs, and helps security operators respond more efficiently to serious security incidents. The automatic pop-up display of video triggered by alarm conditions provides operators the visual information they need to verify the alarm and to assess situational status. Facility Commander features an open architecture based on industry standards. It runs on commercial, off-the-shelf operating systems including Windows,® Linux and AIX. It supports popular databases such as Microsoft’s SQL Server and Informix.
